Progeny Press Return Policies Our return/exchange policy is as follows for unused/new product: - 1-30 days from date of receipt, a full refund. CD's must be unopened.
- 31-60 days from date of receipt, refunded with a 25% restocking fee.
- 61-90 days from date of receipt, refunded with a 40% restocking fee.
- After 90 days the product is non-returnable.
- CD's are non-returnable once opened.
- CD's may be exchanged for a replacement of the same title at any time if they are defective.
- All email .pdf sales are final.
- PDF files are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
- Authorization may be obtained by emailing Customer Service at progeny@progenypress.com and receiving a RAC (Return Authorization Code).
- Please include a copy of the original invoice in the package with any return.
- Returns should be shipped via Media Mail or 1st Class.
- No postage refunds will be issued for any amount above $2.50 without prior agreement.
